Where do I begin??

My name is Melissa Lussier and I currently live in Vermont. I go by Missy to all my friends and if you're reading this site, chances are you are a friend or a friend of a friend or something like that. :)

The purpose of this website is very simple. Life has given me pretty much everything that I have wanted with a few bumps and bruises along the way, but those things aren't worth mentioning. I have a good job and a loving family. The only thing that I do not have is children. I recently found out that this is a biologically impossible ambition. However, in the past couple years, I have "stumbled" onto websites of several families that have traveled to Ukraine and adopted some of the most beautiful children I have ever seen (although aren't all children gorgeous??) So after much prayer and thought, I have decided that this is how I am going to get the family that I desire.

There's only one problem here. It costs between $15,000-$20,000 for the entire process and I don't have quite that much in the bank. So it's going to take a while for me to go. That's where this page comes in. This site is here to let my family and friends know where I am in the process of my adoption and/or anything else that is going on that I feel needs sharing.

I hope you enjoy this glimpse into my life and who knows...someday you might just decide you would like to go and get a couple youngins of your own from an orphange in Ukraine.
